Glen Manor Pet Policy

• No more than two animals are allowed per unit.
• A $20.00 monthly pet rent applies for each pet.
• Cats and dogs have a weight limit of 15 lbs.
• Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. (See list below for animals not allowed.)
• A $200 deposit, and a $200 non-refundable animal fee, and prior approval from management will be required.
• Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only.
• All pets must fall within the City of Ellensburg’s Animal Control Ordinance, Chapter 5.30
